This guide will show you how to create an email drip campaign using Digably.

1. Click "Automations"

From the Digably dashboard, navigate to the Automations section by clicking "Automations" in the left side menu.

2. Click "Create Flow"

Click the "Create Flow" button in the top right of your screen to open the visual automation builder.

3. Click "Add new workflow trigger" to add and configure your trigger

4. Expand the "Messaging" dropdown menu

After your trigger has been created, it's time for you to add an email step. To do this, expand the "Messaging" menu on the left by clicking the dropdown arrow.

5. Drag and drop the "Send Email" step into the visual automation builder

Then drag and drop the "Send Email" step below the trigger step in the visual automation builder. This will open an email settings panel on the right side of your screen where you will be able to configure your email.

6. Configure your email settings

Fill in the necessary information for the email, such as the subject, sender name, sender email address, and so on.

7. Click "Edit Email"

Then, click the "Edit Email" button to edit the content of the email.

8. Create your email

Create your email. Notice, you can write your email using the Text Email Builder, Raw HTML, or the Visual Email Builder. Most people choose to use the Text Email Builder for simplicity, or the Visual Email Builder if they wish to create an email that includes logos, images, buttons, etc.

9. Click "Save" to save your newly created email

After you finish creating your email, click the "Save" button.

10. Click "Save" to save your settings for the "Send Email" step

Then click the "Save" button to save all of your settings for the "Send Email" step.

11. Expand the "Logic" dropdown menu

An email drip campaign typically consists of a number of emails that send to an audience over a defined period of time. To make this happen, you will also need to add a "Wait for Amount of Time" step in this automation flow below the "Send Email" step you just created. You can do this by expanding the "Logic" dropdown menu on the left of your screen.

12. Drag and drop the "Wait For Amount of Time" step below your "Send Email" step

Then drag and drop the "Wait For Amount of Time" step below the "Send Email" step.

13. Configure your wait time

Configure the desired waiting period and click "Save".

14. Add as many "Send Email" and "Wait For Amount of Time" steps as you wish, then connect the steps

At this point you have a trigger that will start the email drip campaign, the first email of the campaign, and a wait time following the first email. From here, you can add as many more "Send Email" steps and "Wait For Amount of Time" steps as you like using the same process you used in the previous steps of this guide. Then be sure to connect all of the steps together by clicking and dragging the connector points from one step to the next.

15. Click "Save" to save your new email drip campaign automation flow

Click the "Save" button to save your new email drip campaign.

16. Click "Publish" to activate the automation flow

Finally, give your campaign a name, and click the "Publish" button to make it active.
