How To Connect An Email To Your Digably Inbox

This guide will show you how to connect an email to your Digably inbox.

1. Click "Inbox"

Click the "Inbox" button in the left side menu.

2. Click "Inboxes"

Click "Inboxes" in the top menu.

3. Click "Add Inbox"

Click the "Add Inbox" button in the upper right of your screen.

4. Click the "Email" tile

Select the "Email" tile.

5. Enter a channel name

Enter a name for your email channel. Keep in mind, this is how you will distinguish this specific email inbox from other inboxes you add to your Digably system.

6. Enter the email address

Enter the email address that you wish to connect to your Digably inbox.

7. Click "Create Email Channel"

Click the "Create Email Channel" button.

8. Choose an agent

Click the dropdown to choose an agent to manage this specific inbox. Most users will simply choose their own account as the agent.

9. Click "Add agents"

Click the "Add agents" button.

10. Copy the forwarding address

Finally, click the "Copy" button to copy the forwarding address. You will paste this forwarding address into the appropriate field when setting up forwarding with your email provider. After you set up forwarding, you will be able to send and receive emails right inside your Digably system.
